3.7 Modifying the MCU File for M3T-PD30

It is necessary to change the contents of the MCU file depending on the MCU being developed. For

the M30240 Group MCUs, make M30240.MCU in the same directory as emulator debugger M3T-

PD30.

The MCU file contains the following information: SFR area, internal RAM area, internal ROM area

and firmware file name. Set these according to the MCU being developed. Use your editor to edit the

MCU file.

0: SFR area starting address

3FF : ending address

400 : Internal RAM starting address

17FF : ending address

E0000 : Internal ROM starting address

FFFFF : ending address

M30620B : Firmware file name (Do not change.)

0: Expansion No. M3T-PD30 V.4.00 or greater required (Do not change.)
